Code of Conduct

Charlottesville Women in Tech (CWIT) is dedicated to providing a respectful, harassment-free community for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment or bullying of any community member in any form. This extends not only to members of the local CWIT community, but also to anyone who chooses to become involved in the larger CWIT community of participants through events or interactions.

We expect participants to abide by the Anti-Harassment Policy identified in the Charlottesville Meetup/Group Code of Conduct.
